John M. Rogers

For over thirty years, John has represented individuals, small businesses, and landowners in almost every facet of business and real estate law.

After earning his board certification in labor and employment law, he led his former firm’s employment law practice in Texas, Illinois, and Arkansas, defending employers and representing executives in all areas of employment law.

In 2002, John founded ROGERS, LLP to represent clients in labor and employment, business, and real estate matters.  His years of focus in these areas have given him substantial experience in:

  • non-compete and theft of trade secret matters
  • overtime cases, including FLSA collective actions
  • shareholder oppression / entity owner disputes
  • commercial litigation and arbitration
  • real estate acquisitions and sales
  • real estate litigation, including eminent domain, boundary, and land title issues
